Our products come with a limited warranty, which varies depending on the product type and model. We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to providing our customers with the best possible experience.
Sturgianni warrants its products to be free from manufacturing defects for a 10-year period from the date of acquisition. Replaced products or parts are warranted the same as the initial warranty. Cartridges are excluded from the warranty. All products installed in commercial applications have the same warranty.

How do I make a replacement request for qualified items?
