Where do you ship?
We ship within the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
How long does shipping take?
All Chrome finishes generally get shipped within 2–3 weeks, while other finishes get shipped within 4–6 weeks. Please note that some carriers may have transit delays that are out of our control, however, we are always committed to getting your Sturgianni products into your hands.
How do I track my order?
You have 2 ways to track your order
- You may check the email we sent to you and click Track My Order.
- You may visit our website and click the chat icon on the lower right side of your screen. Click track and manage my orders then sign in.
Can I change my delivery date?
Once your order has been shipped successfully, Sturgianni cannot control the shipping speed. You may contact the courier handling your package if you want to change the delivery date.
What if my product arrives damaged?
We understand how disappointing it is to receive a damaged product. If your package arrives damaged, or if you are missing any items from your order, please contact us immediately at [email protected] or via our chat support after the receipt of your package. We will take care of the problem as soon as possible. Please take a photo of the package's condition, and all packing materials in case an inspection or pickup is needed.
Can you deliver to my work address?
Yes, we can ship your package to either your residential address or your work address through FedEx ground shipping from Monday to Friday.
If you choose to have the delivery sent to your workplace, we recommend that you leave a note for someone (a coworker or a boss) to sign for it so that it doesn't end up getting lost in the mail system.
Can you deliver to my PO Box address?
Due to the inability of private shipping companies or carriers, like UPS and FedEx, to deliver to PO box addresses, we do not ship products to PO boxes.
How do I ensure that my order is delivered to the correct address?
Please provide accurate and complete information when placing your order, including the correct delivery address, apartment or suite number, and any special instructions for the delivery driver.
